To initiate the customization process, simply schedule an initial call with our Planner. During this conversation, share your event vision, preferences, and specific needs. Our Planner will diligently assess your requirements and craft a personalized proposal and quote that perfectly align with your event aspirations.

Booking and Payment

Booking timelines can vary based on the type and scale of the event. We recommend securing our services as early as possible to ensure availability, especially for larger events. Typically, booking our services 6 to 12 months in advance allows ample time for comprehensive planning and coordination. However, we also strive to accommodate last-minute inquiries based on our availability. Please reach out to us to discuss your specific event timeline and our current booking schedule.

Following our initial call, a personalized proposal and contract will be sent to you. Upon review and approval, sign the contract and submit the required deposit to secure our services for your event date. We'll then initiate planning discussions and maintain regular communication until the event, ensuring a smooth and successful execution.

We accept credit/debit cards, bank transfers, checks, Zelle, and may offer online payment options for your convenience. Additional costs may apply for extra services or special requests beyond the agreed package. Any such costs will be clearly outlined in the contract before finalizing the booking, ensuring transparency and clarity.
